Mark was the firm’s founder, with almost 38 years of experience in Social Security Disability, SSI, and Personal Injury Law. He attended Northwestern University, graduated cum laude from Duke University, and graduated with a law degree from the University of Kentucky.
As of March 9, 2020, we are pleased to announce the retirement of Mark L. Morgan. After 40 years of practice, Mark is passing on the practice to his long time law partner, Stacey Hardin Hibbard. Stacey has been the managing partner of the firm since 2013 and has worked with Mark since 1994. Stacey, along with Amber Brahm Eubank, associate counsel, will continue to provide the same quality representation that has provided thousands of Central Kentucky families the help and benefits they need.
